Start your journey in our beautiful private gym, I can offer personal experience of weight loss, fitness goals having trained for triathlons, cycling events, half marathons and recovering from surgeries and injuries ! I have qualified in a number of fitness instructor qualifications and can provide nutritional advise. This is, however your journey and I am there to support you in and out of the gym,

I have personally planned every detail of our gym from build to interior with a view to providing a safe, friendly and calm environment for my clients. I am so aware that entering a gym can be a frightening, overwhelming prospect and my hope is that I can expel those fears and training in our gym will be a really positive, uplifting experience.

First consultation is free. I will introduce you to the gym and equipment and how personal training could work for you.
Hourly sessions are £30 an hour with some discount available for any multiple sessions.
